# create_project

Create a new project in a workspace.

Projects group related library objects into a shared collection. The caller is  
added as the project's first member. Fails if a project with the same name already  
exists in the workspace or the workspace project limit is reached. Requires  
workspace project-edit permission.

\`instructions\` is deprecated: attach a skill to the project instead of writing  
standing guidance here.

## Parameters
